This superb Grande Champagne from 1934 was aged for 80 years before being bottled, without any reduction other than that of time, and only underwent slow filtration at room temperature.
This cognac with its complex nose offers us a complex olfactory mix of leather, saffron, walnut and Madeira, supported by an astonishing freshness developing mentholated aromas and Sichuan pepper berries.
The persistence in the mouth is exceptional, supported by a very elegant rancio and completed by notes of Madeira and vanillin.

"This little baby should have been distilled in 1934 and was almost 80 years old at time of bottling. Nose, it's simply a miracle in a bottle! Mouth, terrific! Finish, surprisingly long..."
