The philosophy of Darroze is to work with small producers and to respect local traditions to produce high-quality Armagnacs. The brand is recognized for the great variety of its Armagnacs and for their exceptional quality.

Darroze's range of Armagnacs consists of several products, each with its own characteristics and specificities. Their main range is divided into three categories: young Armagnacs, old Armagnacs, and vintages.

Young Armagnacs are eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels for two to five years. These Armagnacs have a light and bright color, with aromas of fresh fruit and vanilla. They are perfect for cocktails or to be enjoyed on their own.

Old Armagnacs are eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels for more than ten years. These Armagnacs have a darker color and more complex aromas of dried fruit, nuts, leather, and spices. They are perfect for sipping after a meal or with a cigar.

Vintages are eaux-de-vie from a single year of production, aged for at least ten years. Each vintage has its own characteristics, reflecting the climatic conditions of the production year. Vintages are exceptional Armagnacs, reserved for special occasions.
