Preparation and packaging of your products

We handle your order within a maximum of 48 hours, and usually within 24 hours. Our goal is always to deliver your products as quickly as possible and in the best conditions.

Special attention is paid to fragile items.

We take great care in preparing our packages. Each bottle, each object is protected, for example by means of several layers of the blister film and a polystyrene shell. Placed in a suitable cardboard, whose walls are reinforced again, your articles are wedged, and tightness is checked before shipment.

Shipping and tracking

Your products are usually shipped via Fedex with signature, with an indicative time frame of 4-6 days delivery (working days). A tracking number is automatically provided to you, and we remain at your disposal for any questions during delivery. Packages can also be sent via other services and delivered against signature.

Shipping charges include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Personal delivery

For some orders in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, we can perform a hand to hand delivery by our own care. This possibility depends on the volumes and costs of goods, and deadlines may vary.
