This is a limited edition release of Paul Beau cognac, blended from very old eaux-de-vies distilled in 1930 and 1950. The Rancio is unmatched in opulence, the mouthfeel is silky, the aromas are complex. Distinctive bouquet redolent of overripe fruits, dried figs, plums and peaches on a backdrop of marzipan. Purely delicious.
Aged over 60 years, the finest eaux-de-vie of the Grande Champagne region and the know-how of the discreet but very talented Paul Beau house gave birth to this remarkable cognac.
