Paradis, like a symphony, is a complex creation.
It is a perfect composition of several hundred eaux-de-vie, all brought to their peak by the Fillioux family, cellar masters at Hennessy for seven generations.
Each eau-de-vie in turn adds its unique touch to the overall harmony of the composition.
In 1774, Richard Hennessy established the Founder’s Cellar to house his rarest eaux-de-vie.
Since then, eight generations of Hennessy have built up what is today the world’s largest reserves of aged eaux-de-vie.
The fine, elegant aroma of Paradis is a burst of subtle peppery, spicy notes carrying heady floral scents.
A perfect harmony on the palate, Paradis is mellow and round.
Its character, finesse and delicate “rancio” flavour give it wonderful balance.
Note: This is the old model of the Hennessy Cognac Paradis bottle from the 1990s, recognizable by its classic design.
It no longer features the neck label, but comes with its original booklet, which at the time included a complimentary invitation to visit the Hennessy cellars.
