Marcel Trépout Armagnacs originate from Château Notre Dame, built in 1135 by the Premonstratensian monks and later used for the production of Armagnac starting in the 13th century by Jean-Baptiste Rivière, Consul to the King of France. In the 1940s, Marcel Trépout took over the cellars of the Daroux House, where the eaux-de-vie were aged in oak barrels for over 30 years.
The Marcel Trépout Millésimé Armagnacs are distilled from a single harvest and aged in barrels for at least 10 years before being bottled. This Armagnac, distilled in 1912 and bottled in the 1990s, is a true masterpiece, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and a rich history.
