Distilled from the 1993 harvest, this vintage Cognac from Raymond Ragnaud is crafted exclusively from grapes grown in the renowned Grande Champagne region, the Premier Cru of Cognac. After decades of aging in French oak barrels, it reveals a distinctive character shaped by a careful selection of exceptional eaux-de-vie.
The Ragnaud family has been dedicated to Cognac production since 1860. It wasn't until 1941 that the name Raymond Ragnaud appeared on the label, when the third generation decided to bottle the inherited eaux-de-vie under their own name, proudly honoring their legacy. Today, the family estate spans 47 hectares in the heart of Grande Champagne, mainly cultivating Ugni Blanc, with a small portion reserved for the rarer Folle Blanche grape.
Over the years, the Ragnaud family has passed down its artisanal expertise, blending tradition with innovation to craft Cognacs of remarkable quality and elegance.
