Daniel Bouju Cognac Grande Champagne – Tres Vieux
An exceptional cognac made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the family vineyards of Grande Champagne. Distilled in small copper stills, it has aged nearly 40 years in Limousin oak barrels.
Unfiltered and without added caramel, it comes in a wax-sealed bottle presented in a simple pine wood box.
Tasting notes: amber, bright color; aromas of cigar box, cherry jam, vanilla, dried fruits, cocoa, and spices. On the palate: opulent, complex, elegant, with remarkable length and freshness.
