Crafted from a refined blend of three exceptional vintages — 1976, 1979, and 1982 — Cognac Symphony embodies the delicate balance between the depth of time and the artistry of distillation on lees. This rare XO, aged in 350L Limousin oak casks, comes exclusively from the Grande Champagne, Cognac’s Premier Cru, renowned for its finesse and long finish.
Drawn from cask no. 3.210, it is bottled at 41.4% ABV, non-chill filtered to preserve its full aromatic character. Each bottle was hand-dipped in wax at the distillery in May 2024, following a traditional and artisanal process.
