The Ragnaud-Sabourin Vintage 1989 Cognac is a single-estate expression from the Grande Champagne region, the premier cru of Cognac. Distilled in 1989 and bottled on August 3, 2008, it matured for 19 years in oak casks.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance: Orange gold.
Nose: Aromas of crystallized fruits, honeydew melon jam, subtle vanilla, and a hint of rancio.
Palate: Smooth tannins with a good fruity and fresh finish, harmoniously balanced and powerful without being aggressive.
