The bottle of cognac, adorned with the 'Millenium' label, encases a vintage treasure of exceptional rarity. With a capacity of 70cl and an alcohol content of 43%, this cognac represents a limited series, making each bottle a unique piece highly sought after by connoisseurs.
Derived from a vineyard practicing reasoned cultivation on the typical limestone soil of the Petite Champagne cru, every aspect of its production is meticulously orchestrated. From the meticulously controlled harvest, with grapes pressed within 30 minutes of picking to preserve optimal quality, to the artisanal distillation of the white wine, slow and imbued with lees, which imbues the cognac with its roundness and floral character.
After aging for many years in French Limousin oak barrels, known as "roux", in the estate's cellars, each bottle is carefully filled on-site under the watchful supervision of a representative from the BNIC, ensuring the integrity of this precious nectar.
This cognac, described as golden, dry, balanced, and structured, captivates with its aromas of leather, cloves, undergrowth, and licorice. It embodies the ancestral expertise of the Vallet family, independent owners since 1866, and represents the quintessence of the Petite Champagne terroir. A rare opportunity to savor an exceptional cognac, from a limited series, with timeless elegance and unparalleled character.
